Do I Need to Come to the Office, Or, Can We Just Talk Over the Phone?

Whether or not you come into the office or speak with an agent over the phone is up to you. In-office visits provide you the chance to meet with an agent face to face. These visits usually last about an hour.

We’d also be happy to speak with you over the phone and save you the drive to our office. These phone appointments usually last about half an hour.
