Can I Sign Up Through Avenue H as an Individual?

No, It is only for groups!

An individual refers to one person or one family. A group refers to a small or large business that is providing health (and/or vision and dental) insurance to the employees.

If you have a group that needs a new plan or would like to make a change from their existing plan, and you would like to look into Avenue H or other medical insurance options, we would be happy to assist you with this process. Remember to call us a few months before your renewal date and we will find the best option and enroll your group.
